General terms and conditions
1. General
These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of and purchases made via marbastudio.com. The terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you as a customer (“you”) and Marba Studio AB, org. no. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy . We may update the Terms as necessary, but any changes will never apply retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
2. Applicable law
Swedish law applies to these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the first instance in dialogue with our customer service, and in the second instance be heard by a Swedish court.
3. Rights
All content on marbastudio.com, including texts, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Marba Studio or our partners and is protected under copyright law.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
4. Orders
An order becomes binding when you have completed the purchase at checkout and received an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to make any errors in stock status, technical problems or incorrect price information.
All products are displayed with current stock status, but we reserve the right to make adjustments if there are any stock errors. Should a product run out after you have ordered it, we will contact you immediately to offer a refund or alternative product.
To shop with us, you need to be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in SEK and include VAT. Payment is made via our payment partners, and you can choose between different payment options such as card payment, Klarna or other services listed at checkout.
We reserve the right to price changes and any printing errors.
6. Delivery
We normally process your order within 1–4 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and delivery address selected. During high volume, promotions or holidays, delivery time may be slightly longer.
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of significant delays.
7. Shipping costs and uncollected packages
The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of SEK 225 to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
8. Customs and import duties
For orders outside the EU, local duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are paid by you as the customer and handled by the customs authority of the receiving country.
9. Right of withdrawal and returns
The cancellation period runs for 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you receives the goods. The product must be in new condition, with all labels still attached and in its original packaging.
To return an item, please contact our customer service before sending it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
10. Complaints
If a product is faulty or defective, you can complain about it according to the Consumer Purchase Act. We will primarily offer repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, we will refund you.
A complaint must be made as soon as the error is discovered. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about a product within three years from the date of purchase, provided that the defect is original.

11. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or technical malfunctions.
12. Anti-fraud
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of being unauthorized, fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
